Explore men’s hormone treatments
built around your baseline.

Strength has a baseline. Let’s find yours. Low energy, slower recovery and a drive that isn’t what it was all have a cause. We measure it, we listen, and we build your plan around what the numbers and you say.

Feeling flat shouldn’t be
your new normal.

Testosterone falls with age, and energy, recovery and drive can fall with it. Not every drop needs treatment, which is why the first step is a measurement, not a prescription.¹ A man with low levels and symptoms can have a real, treatable cause, and the trials below show what treatment changes and what it does not.²

Our in-house care team of U.S.-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners checks your levels more than once, looks for the cause, and sets the plan and the monitoring with you.

What treating low testosterone
can and cannot change.

  • Better odds41%

relative reduction in new type 2 diabetes over two years: 12% of men on testosterone (55 of 443) versus 21% on placebo (87 of 413). Men aged 50 to 74 with impaired glucose tolerance or new diabetes, all in a lifestyle program, injected every three months.

    T4DM trial, Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology 2021
  • Better blood counts54%

of men with unexplained anemia had a clinically significant rise in hemoglobin after one year of testosterone gel, versus 15% on placebo. Men aged 65 and older with low testosterone.

Roy CN et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2017
  • Better walking20.5%

of men gained at least 50 metres in six-minute walking distance on testosterone gel, versus 12.6% on placebo, in the three Testosterone Trials pooled. Men aged 65 and older with low testosterone, one year. The physical-function trial alone did not reach statistical significance.

Snyder PJ et al., Testosterone Trials, NEJM 2016

In a pooled analysis of 24 109 community-dwelling men, lower testosterone was linked to higher death from any cause. That is an observational link; no trial has shown that treatment extends life. Yeap BB et al., Annals of Internal Medicine, 2024

Trial results are with the studied testosterone products at the studied doses (gel, or injections in T4DM), in men who met each trial’s own diagnostic criteria. Our products are compounded or generic versions and were not the ones studied. These are averages, not a prediction of your result. Treatment is for men with symptoms and consistently low levels, confirmed by repeat testing.

The right plan
is built on your numbers.

Testosterone is not one product. Injections, gels, troches, oral options and the medicines that help your own body make testosterone suit different men, and each needs its own monitoring. Our team chooses the route with you and checks the blood work that matters, on a schedule: testosterone, hematocrit and PSA.

We track how you feel, how you recover and what the numbers say, and we change the plan when they change, with plans starting at $99 a month.

We study the parts of testosterone
that go beyond the gym.

Testosterone shapes more than muscle. It touches blood, bone, blood sugar, mood and the heart, and the trials do not all agree. We read them whole, including the findings that cut against treatment.

Contact support
What is testosterone therapy and how does it work?

It raises low testosterone with a prescription medicine. Injections, cream and oral capsules add testosterone from outside; enclomiphene signals your own body to make more. A physician chooses the option and dose with you and follows your levels.

How do I know which option is right for me?

It depends on your levels, your symptoms, your routine and whether you want to keep fertility. Answer a few questions and a U.S.-licensed physician recommends the option and dose that fit you.

Do I need lab work?

Yes. Low testosterone is confirmed with morning blood tests, usually repeated, and levels are rechecked after you start to keep you in range.

Is testosterone therapy safe? What about side effects?

Prescribed and monitored, it has been studied for decades; in the TRAVERSE trial it did not raise major heart events versus placebo. Common effects include acne, fluid retention and a rise in red blood cells, so your physician checks your blood counts and PSA.

Will it affect my fertility?

Testosterone from outside can lower sperm production while you take it. Enclomiphene keeps your own production going, and hCG or gonadorelin can be added to testosterone therapy. Tell your physician if you want children.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Sexual interest often changes within about 3 to 6 weeks, mood within weeks, and body composition over 3 to 6 months (Saad F et al., Eur J Endocrinol, 2011). Results vary.

How is it billed?

Monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months; longer plans cost less per month. Shipping is free and you can pause or cancel anytime.
